Instructions for Application for the post of Vice-Chairperson Of Odisha State Higher Education Council(OSHEC).

1. Click on the registration link Application-for-post-of-Vice Chairperson.
2. You will be redirected to the Application for the post of Vice Chairperson page.
3. Enter your Aadhaar Number and Email ID, then click on the Fetch button to retrieve the registration form
4. Fill in all the required fields in the registration form and click Submit to complete the registration.
5. After submission, you will receive your login credentials via SMS on your registered mobile number.
6. Use these login details to access the portal at: https://hims.odisha.gov.in/login
7. Once logged in:
   • Click on "Vice Chairperson" in the left-side menu to expand the dropdown
   • Select "Apply for Vice Chairperson" from the submenu
8. Click on the "Vice Chairperson Application Form".
9. Fill in all the required details in the form.
10. A maximum of one hour session time is allotted per form. However, you can save your progress and complete it later if needed.
11. Upload all the required documents in the Document Details section only. Please note that page-wise document upload functionality is not available.
12. To view or edit uploaded documents and data, go to "View Vice Chairperson Details" in the left-side menu.
13. Before final submission, download and review a printout of your application from the "View Vice Chairperson Details" section for cross-verification.
14. For final submission, return to the "Apply for Vice Chairperson" page and click the "Final Submit" button. Please note that no further editing will be possible after final submission.
